I have stayed at 3 other hotels on Brighton Waterfront and this I have to say was the best! The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast an awesome wide selection all fresh fruit, juice and chef to make pancakes or omelettes if they are your thing fresh!!! The comfort was perfect! Easy to fall a sleep quickly. Spacious. Sound proof rooms and the curtains black out so not to be kept awake from the lighting and noise outside. I most definitely will be back again.

The shower head and rod on the shower stall are rusty, the area next to the bathtub is extremely dirty, and there are big spiders crawling on the ground. The toilet can't flush and the hand sanitizer can't wash clean. How can this hotel be rated 4 stars? It can't even do the most basic hygiene. What's the point of having a swimming pool and a gym? Pah, garbage among garbage! I hope you will close down soon!

Pros: This hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and commercial areas. Clean rooms and facility. I like the spa facility because they have gym, pool, steam room, and sauna. It’s very relaxing. Our breakfast is the highlight of our stay. Lots of food choices with a view of the beach and Brighton pier. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I like the online checkout, it’s a time saver.
Cons: I am disappointed because I booked a superior room with sea view but they gave me a partial sea view instead. Didn’t bother to ask because I was very exhausted after a long trip. Our bathroom has a rusty shower head and bath drainage. Didn’t managed to go to the sauna because it’s jampacked.
Overall, good experience.

While the weather was not great, the hotel definitely did a superb job of accommodating our Brighton trip.

The hotel is right next to the beach, convenient for travel, very close to the Royal Pavilion and the commercial street. I booked an ordinary room with a window facing the inner courtyard. Parking is a bit expensive, but they have given a discount, 15 pounds a night, breakfast is buffet style with a sea view, and the ingredients available are okay.
